Eric & Francesca met in college, at Drexel University, where they were in the same major. He asked her to be his girlfriend on a date to the Landmark Diner on November 21, 2016.

Going on many adventures together, trying new things, exploring new places, and moving in together - Eric & Francesca had been dating for 8 years when...

HE PROPOSED

On a trip to Cape Cod for Francesca's birthday, Eric conspired with her parents to spend a day doing activities she loves in one of her favorite places, before surprising her by getting on a knee at Skaket Beach at sunset.

CEREMONY

The Ceremony will be held at Fort Herkimer Church, at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION

At Beardslee Castle, there will be light refreshements served from 4:00 - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, followed subsequently by the reception, which will go until 9 PM Eastern Standard Time. All stragglers will be sent to the dungeon.

Call and ask for a room for the wedding of Eric Hiller & Francesca Cimino when making your booking. Rooms are reserved, simply claim one before March 31st.
There will be a complementary shuttle that will run from the hotel to the ceremony, to the reception, and back to the hotel.

Each invitation covers the attendance of 2 adults.
While we would love to include entire families, we are only able to accommodate children of the wedding party and immediate family.

Every physical invitation & included reply card covers 2 adults to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Formality can range from cocktail to black tie, and style can range from medieval period accurate, to fantasy, to fully modern - however you feel your best!

What kind of food will there be?

Dinner will be a buffet, and all persons with food allergies will be called to make their plates first in order to prevent any cross contaminations.

Is the reception venue handicap accessible?

A ramp is available from the back driveway of the banquet room at Beardslee Castle. Guests may park and leave their cars. All restrooms are accessible.
